A Espanya, i en converses habituals amb amics sol sorgir el debat de si \u00e9s millor invertir en pisos o invertir en borsa i moltes vegades el que hi ha darrere de l&#8217;elecci\u00f3 respon m\u00e9s a raons de tradici\u00f3, cultura i valoraci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria que a raons financeres.<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edem fer una an\u00e0lisi simple comparant els <strong>preus mitjans per metre quadrat de l&#8217;habitatge a Madrid<\/strong> dels \u00faltims anys amb l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Ibex 35 amb dividends. Podr\u00edem fins i tot afinar alguna cosa m\u00e9s i comparar-ho per barris. D&#8217;una banda, a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;invertir, cal tenir en compte diversos <strong>aspectes financers<\/strong>: la rendibilitat esperada, el risc, el termini, la liquiditat, els costos i la fiscalitat; per\u00f2 <strong>no ens hem d&#8217;oblidar de les persones<\/strong>, de la seva forma de ser, de la seva cultura financera de <strong>les seves pors i de les seves necessitats<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<h2>El perfil de l&#8217;inversor espanyol<\/h2>\n<p>Alg\u00fa que mai hagi invertit en borsa o hagi tingut una mala experi\u00e8ncia comprant accions, i s&#8217;estreny tenint acc\u00e9s a la <strong>valoraci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria de les seves inversions<\/strong>, ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s propens a invertir en immobles que als mercats. <strong>L&#8217;inversor espanyol<\/strong>, i a les dades em remeto, t\u00e9 la majoria de la seva riquesa invertida en actius reals (immobles), i tot i que aquest percentatge comen\u00e7a a disminuir en els \u00faltims anys, sobretot per la caiguda en tenidors d&#8217;habitatge menors de 35 anys, el pes \u00e9s molt considerable (78,5% el 2020), segons l&#8217;enquesta financera a fam\u00edlies que realitza el Banc d&#8217;Espanya. <\/p>\n<p>Si a aix\u00f2 hi afegim, que, en la part d&#8217;actius financers, el 40% est\u00e0 en compte corrent i dip\u00f2sits, podem deduir, que <strong>en general, els espanyols som conservadors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-59128 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diaphanum.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Peso-en-cartera-de-invertir-en-mercado-de-valores-1024x520.jpg\" alt=\"Pes en cartera d' invertir en mercat de valors\" width=\"650\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.diaphanum.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Peso-en-cartera-de-invertir-en-mercado-de-valores-1024x520.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.diaphanum.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Peso-en-cartera-de-invertir-en-mercado-de-valores-300x152.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.diaphanum.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Peso-en-cartera-de-invertir-en-mercado-de-valores-768x390.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.diaphanum.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Peso-en-cartera-de-invertir-en-mercado-de-valores.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>La proposta de Diaphanum<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 suggerim nosaltres des de Diaphanum per a aquest tipus d&#8217;inversors, en la situaci\u00f3 macroecon\u00f2mica actual?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per comen\u00e7ar, far\u00edem un exercici de planificaci\u00f3 financera per poder definir quina part del seu patrimoni pot <strong>assumir risc de mercat<\/strong>.
